Beach Haven – Merimbula – Booking and Payment Conditions:

Deposit: 25% Deposit is payable within 7 days of making the booking.

Balance: The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment: Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard payments are accepted on-line. http://www.skicom.com.au/payment/index.htm American Express and Diners can be accepted by phone, fax, mail or email but not on-line and a 2% surcharge applies for these cards. Bank account details are SKICOM MT HOTHAM -- ANZ BRIGHT -- 013 545 3541 86391 Please advise us when you pay into this account. Cheques should be made payable to Skicom Mt Hotham and posted to RMB 1001 Mt. Hotham Vic 3741.

Non Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in an apartment designated non-smoking. If guests smoke an apartment designated non-smoking they are liable for a minimum charge of $200.00 to cover carpet steam cleaning and deodorising.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable (less $ 10.00 per person cancellation fee) up to 40 days prior to arrival. If less than 40 days notice is given – no refund, unless the apartment can be rebooked. If rebooked, $100.00 fee will be charged.

Bonds: Persons booking apartments are responsible for any loss or damage to it. The apartment is fully self contained but it is not serviced. There is a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and cleaning gear in the apartment and the apartment should be left neat, clean and undamaged as found. . Bond is payable by credit card (your card will not be charged, the number is taken and an authorisation for $300.00 per apartment is held until after departure, when it is destroyed provided the apartment is left neat, clean and undamaged).

Check In: Key Collection is from Calendo Apartments next door to Beach Haven, telephone 02 6495 2391.  Please advise us if you expect to arrive any later than 8 pm.

Check Out: Checkout is by 10 am. There will be no refund for early checkout. A late checkout fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to or at this time.

Manager: There is not an on-site Manager at Beach Haven. Keys may be collected from Calendo Apartments next door to Beach Haven. Any enquiries may be directed to 03 5759 3522 or to Darryl and Cheryl at Calendo Apartments.

Linen: Linen Hire is available for $ 15.00 per person. This must be arranged in advance.
