Beach Haven Apartment No. 1

Beach Haven Apartment 1 is large, high quality, fully self contained, stand alone, two level apartment, it has a full width private balcony off the living room with views of the Lake. The apartment has three bedrooms (1 x queen, 1 x twin with tv and dvd and 1 x a double/single bunk with tv and dvd) and two bathrooms.

The new downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Upstairs the large bathroom is partially refurbished with a new shower, twin vanity and skylight, the corner spa bath is original and there is a separate toilet. The living / dining room has reverse cycle air conditioning, leather couches, a large dining table and also has a wide screen TV with DVD. The well equipped kitchen has oven, dishwasher and microwave.

Apartment 1 has a washing machine and dryer in the large laundry, access to BBQ in garden and outdoor setting for 8. Remember to bring your own sheets, towels and pillowcases unless you wish to pre-arrange linen hire. Doonas and pillows, bath mats and a tea towel are provided.

Beach Haven has a lovely tropical garden with barbeque area. Each apartment has one space in the car port.
